Your user ID is a 13-digit number, located on the back of your library card. Your PIN, by default, is the last four digits of your phone number (whatever phone number you reported to the library when you signed up for a card).
You will be asked for your user ID and PIN when accessing your account via our website. If you are having trouble accessing your account, contact us.
